If you request your food to be allergen free, we will ensure that there are no allergens that may cross-contaminate your product.

All of our food avoids the Big 9 Allergens. We do however, have a separate area were allergens are permitted, so if your food has allergens in it, we will still be able to produce it, without contamination of other allergens.

Our facility is dedicated Gluten Free, and all of our ingredients are verified to be gluten free to a minimum of 10 ppm.

We select high quality seeds that are partially de-fatted, which gives us the ability to offer protein “flake” products, or process into protein powders.

Erin brings over 16 years of professional baking experience, specializing in gluten-free baking for the past 8 years. Her expertise shines in the creation of exquisite cakes and delectable cookies.

Quality Control

Pure Functional Foods conducts gluten tests on all mixes to 10 ppm or 5 ppm before production. We also perform allergen testing and bake mix tests upon customer request. Furthermore, high-risk ingredients undergo gluten testing upon arrival at our facility.

R&D Services

Our R&D Department operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Lead times vary from 1 to 3 weeks based on workload, while turnaround times depend on project complexity and ingredient availability. Customers receive free ingredient matching if they provide a formula; otherwise, we offer premium services at variable costs for expedited projects and proprietary formulations.
